Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Rigon Falsa website (rigonfalsa.pro) and our educational services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services

Rigon Falsa provides personalized educational services including but not limited to:

  • One-on-one tutoring sessions
  • Academic assessment and progress tracking
  • Exam preparation programs
  • Language proficiency training
  • University preparation services

Enrollment and Account Registration

Registration Requirements

To enroll in our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain and update your information as necessary
  • Provide parental or guardian consent if under 18 years of age
  • Keep your account credentials secure

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to enrolled students. Current students will honor their existing pricing for the duration of their enrollment period.

Billing

  • Services are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is due on the 1st of each month
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and PayNow
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if cancellation occurs within 7 days of initial enrollment
  • Prorated refund for unused sessions if cancellation notice is given 30 days in advance
  • No refunds for missed sessions without 24-hour notice
  • Refunds processed within 14 business days

Scheduling and Cancellation

Session Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the student and educator. Flexibility is offered subject to educator availability.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests will be accommodated based on educator availability.

Cancellation by Student

  • Individual sessions: 24-hour notice required or session is forfeited
  • Program enrollment: 30-day notice required for cancellation

Cancellation by Rigon Falsa

We reserve the right to cancel sessions or terminate enrollment in cases of:

  • Non-payment
  • Inappropriate behavior or violation of our code of conduct
  • Educator unavailability (with full refund of affected sessions)

Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and guardians are expected to:

  • Treat educators and staff with respect
  • Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
  • Complete assigned work and practice exercises
  • Communicate honestly about challenges and progress
  • Not engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism
  • Maintain a distraction-free learning environment

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All materials provided by Rigon Falsa, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and educational resources, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Rigon Falsa.

Limited License

Enrolled students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use educational materials solely for personal educational purposes. Materials may not be:

  • Reproduced or distributed to third parties
  • Used for commercial purposes
  • Modified without permission
  • Retained after enrollment ends (digital materials must be deleted)

Student Work and Academic Integrity

All work submitted by students must be their own. We provide guidance and instruction, but students are responsible for completing their own assignments. We do not condone or participate in academic dishonesty.

Limitation of Liability

Rigon Falsa provides educational services to support student learning but cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or examination results. Our liability is limited to:

  • Refund of fees paid for services not delivered as agreed
  • Maximum liability not exceeding the total fees paid in the preceding 3 months

We are not liable for:

  • Examination results or academic performance
  • University admissions outcomes
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Technical issues affecting online sessions beyond our control

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will meet all individual learning needs
  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Specific results will be achieved

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Online Sessions

For sessions conducted via video call:

  • Students must have a stable internet connection and working audio/video equipment
  • Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance with prior consent
  • Technical difficulties on the student's end do not qualify for session refunds
  • We are not responsible for internet connectivity issues

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Use
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Behavior that disrupts services or threatens staff safety
  • Non-payment of fees

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage resolution through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation (if agreed by both parties)
  3. Arbitration or court proceedings in Singapore

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
