Initial Response

Within 24 hours, we'll acknowledge your inquiry and ask any clarifying questions about your needs.

Assessment Scheduling

We'll offer several time slots for a free 30-minute assessment, either in-person or via video call.

Program Recommendation

After understanding your goals and current level, we'll suggest the most appropriate program and explain why.

Enrollment (If You Choose)

No pressure to decide immediately. When ready, we handle enrollment quickly and get you matched with an educator.

What ages do you teach?

Primary 3 through pre-university (ages 9-19). We occasionally accept younger or older students depending on specific needs.

Do you offer trial sessions?

The initial assessment is complimentary. After that, we can arrange a single paid trial session before committing to a full program.

Can parents observe sessions?

For younger students, absolutely. For older students, we find they engage better without parental observation, but we provide detailed session summaries.

What if we're not in Singapore?

We conduct online sessions for students anywhere. All programs are available remotely with the same quality as in-person delivery.
